Since its founding in 2016, Inclus has grown into a team of 15+ professionals, and our growth story is only just beginning.
Inclus’ team consists of PhD-qualified experts in technology, mathematics, and construction, plus a highly skilled sales and customer success management team.
The story of Inclus began as the founders Mikaeli Langinvainio and Juha Törmänen became acquainted when working for the Crisis Management Initiative peace mediation organisation founded by Martti Ahtisaari. As part of CMI, Mikaeli and Juha took part in peace negotiations in over ten countries.
